Photo reblogged from Shasshin: A Photoblog on Japan with 2 notes
It took 3 tries to get a teenage kid to operate my camera.
I even set the language to Japanese on my camera, and no one could operate the thing. I don’t think I bought a difficult to use camera. Despite it being a DSLR, it does have a fully automatic mode where you just point and shoot.
Instead, when you use the auto mode AND the preview screen (because people are now incapable of using a viewfinder) it only focuses when you press the shutter button, and most people who took our picture thought it meant that THAT was the photo. NOPE. Just focusing.
So we’d try again. NOPE, still just focusing. ”Press the shutter button all the way down, please” aaaaaannnndddd…. That’s how we got this one. Not bad for 3 tries. :)
Dat smirk. I need this photoshopped STAT.
